FITNESS CONDITIONING  

Each morning a certified personal trainers will take the players through warm ups leading into Coach Coles’ superior conditioning program for the young athlete. At the end of the week the athlete will have routines to give them the competitive edge, and confidence.

 RUNNING SKILLS  

Every afternoon specialized clinics centering on techniques to improve the players running speed, coordination. knowledge of play, cutting, ball handling, balance and field knowledge will be stressed.

 QUARTERBACK SKILLS  

Fundamentals of the passing game will be stressed from taking a snap, hand placement, passing techniques to drills designed to improve the throwing ability from the beginner to the advanced player.

 KICKING SKILLS  

Kicking camp is designed to help the player develop their fundamental skills of punting, field goal, extra point kicks and kick-offs.

 BLOCKING TECHNIQUES  

Proper foot stance, hand positions, block delivery as well as pulling techniques, run vs. pass blocking and exercises that emphasize and re-emphasize proper techniques will be provided to every camper. Pads, blocking dummies and game like settings will give the player the confidence and edge going into the season.

 LINEBACKER SKILLS  

Defensive training sessions for linebackers, defensive lineman, safety’s and corner backs will be taught to the players. Zone vs. man to man coverage, proper positioning for tackling or flag pulling will be emphasized in addition to fighting off blocks to make the play. Bull rush, swim moves and stunts will be taught to the more advance players.
